Tim Bray nails it

With his usual less-is-more approach Tim Bray describes the defeatism coming out of Microsoft. Will they continue to decline, or find a way to revive themselves as other large companies (on rare occasions) have?
I don't want to see this successful company collapse, but I'd for them to come back down to Earth and start understanding what the world wants from the tools they make.
