Northern Voice: The Lunch

Had lunch with this bunch of geeks:

Mark Cantner
Tod Maffin
Jay Dedman
Richard Murray
among others...

It was fun stuff getting to yak with a bunch of the Blogosphere's pioneers.

I also spoke with Robert Scoble, who is a really nice guy. He even brought his family up to Vancouver from Seattle for the conference.

That Northern Voice event was "non-profit" and only cost $20 CAD is evidence you can throw a pivotal new media event, be relevant, and not be a burden on your wallet. Hats off to the organizers.
