Amen to that: Canadian ads bite

The Globe and Mail asks, is Canadian advertising is "overwhelmingly" boring?
As we'll find out during this weekend's Super Bowl, whereby broadcasters block out US network feeds and plug in lowly Canadian substitutes (think Tim Hortons or Canadian Tire spots ad infinitum), advertising in the Great White North is a giant yawn.
